Getting Started as a Regular Mythradon User¶

Step 1 - How to navigate Mythradon¶
As you become more familiar with Mythradon CSP, you will find that navigating the application becomes easier. While some of the features may be intuitive, we recommend that you review the Navigating Mythradon guide for helpful tips and tricks to improve your efficiency. Keep in mind that with practice, you will become more proficient in using the application.
Step 2 - Setup your profile¶
To modify your user profile settings, click on your username in the top right menu.
From User Profile
page, you can:
- Change your profile photo
- Generate or change your login password
- View your access permissions to different Mythradon modules
- Enable 2-factor authentication (2FA)
- Change your date, time and other preferences.
Simply click the Edit
button to make the necessary changes. Click the Save
button to store these new settings.

Step 3 - How to search in Mythradon¶
Most of the time you will find that you need to navigate to a specific functional area of Mythradon CSP such as Accounts, Contacts or Cases etc. However, you then need to find what you are after in terms of a specific record/s. Please have a read of the Searching Mythradon CSP for some quick steps to getting started with our powerful search capabilities.
Step 4 - Standard modules¶
The functionality of Mythradon CSP is broken down into the following standard modules:
- Mythradon Basics - Contains features and functions that are available across all Mythradon CSP modules
- Mythradon Marketing - Designed specifically for employees involved with marketing tasks and activities
- Mythradon Sales - Designed specifically for helping manage sales from leads to opportunities to revenue
- Mythradon Service - Designed for customer service departments and professionals for efficiently and effectively helping manage cases, complaints and enquiries
Note: Depending on your access role, you can have access to only some or all modules.
Step 5 - Setting up your email accounts¶
Mythradon has an Email Client. You can set up your personal email accounts to fetch emails into Mythradon.

Step 6 - Setting up your calendar¶
Mythradon has a built-in calendar that allows you to create and manage different types of events: Meetings, Calls and Tasks. You can add participants and related parties to these events. The platform also sends notifications as a way of reminding you of upcoming events. In addition to managing your own events, you can also manage the events of your team. Mythradon allows you to create a calendar that can be shared with your team.
