Mythradon Release Notes 2021-10-19¶
Overview¶
The 2021-10-19 release offers some exciting new features to enhance the user interface experience that includes a specialised Date Time data type that supports the selection of a time zone. Perfect for use in Booking Systems. There are two new home page dashlets, enhancements to Account backup functionality and a new Image Geo Location module that can be purchased as an add-on to your systems.
The release also resolves a number of small defects.

Details¶
Date Time with Time Zone Data Type¶
The Date Time with Time Zone is a new data type available in the Entity Manager.
The following image shows an example of what a Date Time with Time Zone looks like.

HTML Dashlet¶
The HTML Dashlet is a new dashlet type that can be used to display HTML data on the Home Page Dashboard.

Rich Text Dashlet¶
The Rich Text Dashlet is a new dashlet type that can be used to display HTML data on the Home Page Dashboard that uses the Rich Text Editor. This is similar to the previous HTML Dashlet except it uses the Rich Text editor to define the content to display. This maybe an easier way to define text for a home page dashlet for people that are not familiar with HTML mark-up.
The following image shows an example of what a Rich Text Dashlet looks like.
The Rich Text Label uses the Mythradon Rich Text HTML editor. This editor has both a simple to use rich text editor and a switch to use HTML tags for more advanced users.
The new Rich Text Label data type can be used to enhance the user interface experience and allow you to define details forms that contain other useful information.

New Modules¶
Image with Geo Location Data Type¶
An optional enhancement is available for storing Geo Location details when an image is loaded. This also extracts the image location data recorded in the image when the image is taken (mobile phone camera).

Account Backup Enhancements¶
The Account Backup and Restore features have been enhanced to include metadata and templates.
General Enhancements¶
Stream Security Enhancement¶
A change has been made to Streams that prevents users from deleting audit stream records. Previously all stream records could be selectively removed. Users can now only remove non audit stream records.
Header Text Data Type Text Alignment¶
With this release we have introduced a new property on the Header Text Data Type that allows you to set the text alignment.
Missing Translation on Invoice Dashlet¶
A small defect has been fixed on the Invoice Dashlet to fix a missing translation on a label.
Payment Amount Showed Incorrect Value¶
A small defect has been fixed on the Payments that under certain conditions would display an incorrect payment amount.
