Centralised File Visibility for Administrators

In Mythradon, System Administrators have complete visibility into all attachments uploaded across the platform, regardless of the user or record they're associated with. This centralised access streamlines file management, promotes accountability, and ensures that important documents, images, and other file types are always accessible when needed.

Whether for auditing, troubleshooting, or general oversight, the All Attachments view gives administrators the tools to efficiently locate, review, and manage every uploaded file within the system.

Accessing All Attachments

To view and manage uploaded attachments:

  1. Navigate to Administration → Attachments from the Menu Button.
  2. The Attachments page will display a list of all uploaded files across the system, including key details like file name, type, associated record, uploader, and upload date.
  3. Click on any attachment to view more details or download the file.

Tip

Use this section to audit uploads, manage storage, or locate specific files without having to search record-by-record.

Removing Attachments

Remove Multiple Attachments

  2. Select the checkboxes next to the attachments you wish to delete.
  3. Click the Action button.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select Remove.
