Integrations¶
Mythradon's Integration capabilities allow administrators to set up Mythradon so that users can access data in third-party services and systems from directly within Mythradon. The goal of system integration is to streamline and simplify communication between both internal and external systems. System integration helps accelerate the flow of information, reduce time spent on inefficient processes and cut back on operational costs.
Currently Mythradon supports out-of-the-box integration with:

Please contact Mythradon support if you require integration with additional systems or services.
Google Maps Integration¶
Google Maps integration allows users to select and validate addresses and display address positions on Google Maps using an address pin. This functionality is available on any entity that has an address field and is displayed in the entity Detail View.

To enable Google Maps integration you will need a Google API key. In order to obtain a Google API key you need to have a valid Google or Gmail Account.
- Log into Google Cloud Console
- Select
APIs & Services | Credentialsas per the following image:

This displays a list of all the API Keys that you have enabled. We suggest creating a new API key for use in Mythradon.
- Click the
CREATE CREDENTIALSbutton - Select the
API keyoption as per the following image:

- Google will create a new API Key and display this on the screen. Just click the
CLOSElink. We can get this key later.

- This key was unrestricted. Mythradon highly recommends adding the following restrictions to your API key:
- Click on the newly created
API key 1record in the list - Rename the key to a more meaningful name such as
Mythradon Maps APIas per the following image:

- Click the
HTTP referrers (web sites)radio button as follows:

- Selecting this option will display additional fields. Here you can specify the domain of your Mythradon instance. This will ensure that your Google API Key can only be used in your instance of Mythradon.
- Add the value
https://<Your Mythradon Domain>/*into the referrer field. (Replace the<Your Mythradon Domain>with your actual Mythradon domain).
We suggests that you add further restrictions on the API key:
-
Click the
Restrict keyradio button and individually add each of the following: -
Directions API
- Geocoding API
- Maps JavaScript API
- Maps Static API
- Places API
That completes the creation of a Google API key. Copy your API key as you will need to enter that into Mythradon.
In Mythradon:
- Select
Administration → Integrationsfrom the Menu Button - Select
Google Mapsfrom the list - Click the
Enabledcheckbox - Set the appropriate properties and click the
Savebutton.
For Australian customers we typically recommend using the following settings:
- Language: English
- Country Name (Long/Short): Long
- State Name (Long/Short): Long
- City Name (Long/Short): Short

Note
Refresh your browser once you save the key (Ctrl+F5)
