2FA for Portal Users¶

Portal users can now use SMS and Email for Two Factor Authentication (2FA). Please refer to 2FA setup instructions for Portal Users.

New property on the Link Multiple Field type¶

A new property is available on the Link Multiple Field datatype that allows linking and unlinking of child records without needing to have Edit Access on the child record.

Email-To-Case Status Management¶

A new option is available to update status of existing cases when any inbound email related to the case is received.

Bug Fixes¶

Case Automation¶

Spelling mistake Steam instead of Stream in field options for the Case Update Includes Creation Of field.

User Preference¶

Users could not save preferences when SMS fall-back was not enabled in PWA and Push Notifications Settings. Click here for more details about PWA and Push Notifications Settings.

Administration User Interface Settings¶

Administrators were unable to save dashlet options for default dashlets in User Interface Settings. Click here for more details about Default Dashboard.

Quote/Invoice Line Items¶

If a user does not have access to the Line Items in a Quote/Invoice, they will see a 403 forbidden error when viewing the Quote/Invoice. Editing the Quote/Invoice could lead to the line items being delinked.
