Zoom Workplace Integration¶
Overview¶
Mythradon seamlessly integrates with Zoom Workplace, allowing users to make and receive phone calls directly within the platform. This functionality requires Zoom Workplace to be installed and configured for your organisation.
With just a single click on any phone number within a contact, lead, or other record in Mythradon, users can initiate an outbound call through Zoom Workplace. Incoming calls can also be received within the Zoom interface while continuing to work inside Mythradon, enabling uninterrupted workflow and enhanced productivity.

The Mythradon Zoom Workplace Integration app is available as a separate add-on and requires a separate license. Once licensed, Mythradon will install the Zoom Workplace Integration app in your environment.
What is Zoom Workplace?¶
Zoom Workplace is Zoom's next-generation, AI-powered collaboration platform, launched in 2024. It brings together meetings, phone, chat, calendar, email, whiteboard, and more—into a single unified experience. Designed to streamline communication and simplify everyday tasks, Zoom Workplace enables teams to work more effectively across locations and time zones, with deep integrations and intelligent features to support modern business environments.
By integrating Zoom Workplace with Mythradon, teams benefit from a powerful combination of communication tools and customer relationship management-all in one place.

Using Zoom Workplace within Mythradon¶
Note
Make sure the Zoom Workplace application is running on your computer before attempting to make or receive calls.
Making Outbound Calls¶
There are two ways to place an outbound call from within Mythradon:
Option 1: Click a Phone Number in Any Record¶
Clicking on any valid phone number field within Mythradon (e.g., contact, lead, or account) will automatically open the Zoom Phone dial pad with the number pre-filled. Simply click the phone icon to initiate the call.

Tip
Phone numbers can include spaces and leading + country codes. Mythradon will automatically strip spaces and assume a local format if no country code is provided.

Option 2: Launch Zoom Phone from the Menu¶
You can also launch the Zoom Phone dial pad manually:
- Click the Menu Button
- Select
Zoom Phone

This opens the Zoom Phone dial pad with no number pre-filled. Enter the number using your keyboard or the on-screen number pad, then click the phone icon to dial.

During the call, the number being dialed is shown on-screen. You can cancel the call at any time using the End Call button.

Call Logging¶
After the call ends-whether it's connected or cancelled-the Call Details dialog automatically appears, allowing you to quickly log notes and outcomes related to the call.

This helps ensure every interaction is recorded and actionable within Mythradon.
Receiving Inbound Calls¶
When Zoom Phone is running, Mythradon can receive incoming calls directly within the platform.
When a call comes in, the Inbound Call Dialog is displayed:

If the incoming phone number matches a record in Mythradon-such as a contact, lead, or customer-the system will automatically link that record to the call. After you answer or reject the call, the Call Details dialog will appear, allowing you to capture notes and details related to the interaction.
This seamless integration ensures all inbound calls are tracked and associated with the relevant records, helping your team stay informed and responsive.
