Campaign Management¶
What are Campaigns?¶
The Campaign feature in Mythradon groups Contacts, Leads, Accounts and Users who are targeted with specific marketing communications. It tracks key performance metrics and enables sales teams to quickly identify which customers and prospects have received those communications.
In Mythradon, a Campaign is a type of marketing initiative such as an email, newsletter or letter. Campaigns are used to broadcast your new products or business updates to a mass number of clients or targets. Have you ever received a newsletter email from a brand that you shopped from? That is an example of a marketing email campaign.
Mythradon Campaigns allows businesses to keep track of the campaign status, set its budget, start and end dates. Aside from that, it provides the ability to segment the target audience for each type of campaign and monitor its real-time results and performance in the Campaign Log and Statistics panel. This feature helps business to manage your spending, process of campaigns as well as assess their results and revenues

Campaign Log¶
The Campaign Log tracks key activity once a campaign is launched. For Email or Web campaigns, it tracks how many messages were sent and which recipients engaged with the content.
In the case of a Mass Email Campaign, the log includes results such as delivery status and recipient interactions. This helps users measure campaign effectiveness and follow up where needed.
Common Log Entry Types¶
- Sent – The message was successfully delivered to the recipient's mail server.
- Opened – The recipient opened the email (tracked via an embedded tracking pixel).
- Clicked – The recipient clicked one or more tracked links in the email.
- Bounced – The message could not be delivered. This may be due to an invalid address (hard bounce) or a temporary issue (soft bounce).
- Unsubscribed – The recipient opted out of future emails from this campaign.
Mass Email Campaign¶
The Mass Email feature in Mythradon Campaign allows users to send bulk communications to members of selected Target Lists. This is ideal for sending newsletters, promotional offers, announcements, or other marketing messages at scale.
To use this feature, first create a campaign with the type set to Email or Newsletter. Once the campaign is created, you can select the appropriate Target List(s) and initiate a mass email send directly from within the campaign.
For detailed instructions and best practices, see the Mass Email guide.
