Case Automation Logs

Overview

Mythradon's Case Automation Logs offer access to the records produced by the Case Automation Rules when they're executed. Administrators can utilise these logs to ascertain the proper functioning of the system.

There are two ways to access the Case Automation Logs:

Option 1

  • Select Administration → Case Automation Logs from the Menu Button

This will display the Case Automation Log List View where you can search for the appropriate log that you wish to review. Users can filter the list by the name of the specific Case Automation Rule.

Option 2

  • Select Administration → Case Automations from the Menu Button

You will be presented with the Case Automations List View, allowing you to search for a particular Case Automation rule. Clicking on the rule will then open the Case Automation Detail View, which shows a list of Case Automation Logs associated with that specific rule in the related list view.


Case Automation Log

Each Case Automation Log contains the following properties:

Properties

Field Description
Name Name of the Case Automation Log
Case Link to the Case that the Case Automation Log was executed against.
Case Automation The title of the Case Automation responsible for producing the Case Automation Log.
Description Details of the Case Automation Log. This includes the run time in seconds and the number of Cases Actioned.
