Productivity Enhancements¶

Push Notifications¶

Push notifications are messages that can be sent directly to a user's mobile device or computer. They will appear on a lock screen or in the top section of a mobile device depending on the device and version.

Progressive Web Application¶

You can now run Mythradon as a Progressive Web Application (PWA) on both desktop and home screens of Windows, Apple Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.

This is a great way to quickly access Mythradon simply by clicking an icon.

Twilio SMS Provider¶

The Twilio SMS provider is now included by default in all Mythradon accounts.

To use this feature you will need to setup a Twilio account by following these instructions Twilio SMS Gateway.

System Administration Enhancements¶

System Managed Roles¶

Starting with this release Mythradon will be providing System Managed Roles. Each release will include updates to these roles based on functionality changes. Click here to read more about System Managed Roles.

For this release we have provided four types of System Managed Roles: Base Roles, Pre Sales Roles, Sales Roles and Support Roles. Each type will include two or more roles which are listed below:

Base Roles:
Base All Level Access - System Managed
Base Team Level Access - System Managed
Pre Sales Roles:
Pre Sales All Access - System Managed
Pre Sales Team Access - System Managed
Sales Roles:
Product Administrator - System Managed
Sales Administrator - System Managed
Sales Person - System Managed
Support Roles:
Support All Level Access - System Managed
Support Manager - System Managed
Support Team Level Access - System Managed

Note

For proper task execution, a user must possess one of the Base Roles in addition to any other roles aligned with the functions they require.

Sales Settings¶

Access to Sales Settings can now be controlled by Roles rather than the user having to be an administrator.

Log Entity¶

With this release we have introduced a new system entity called Log.

This will be used for logging error messages in future enhancements.

Deprecation Notices¶

Image Entity¶

The Image entity will be removed from Mythradon in a release during the third quarter of 2022.

If you require this object to remain in your system after this date, a request can be made to Mythradon. Any requests must be made before 2022-04-15.

The reason for this deprecation is that the Document entity has been enhanced to include the same functionality that was previously available in the Image entity.

Data Model Changes¶

The relationship between the Product entity and the Image entity will be removed as this has been superseded by inline attachments on the Product entity.

If you require these relationships to remain in your system after this date, a request can be made to Mythradon. Any requests must be made before 2022-04-15.

Bug Fixes¶

API Key Regeneration¶

For API Users, regeneration of API keys was not possible.

Mythradon Sales Products¶

There were two separate issues associated with the RRP Ex Tax field on the Product entity:

The field could not be converted to another currency
The field could not be exported when using the Export All Fields option

The Product entity field RRPrice has been renamed to recRetailPrice.
